Digiboss Word Arena

A competitive word arena where skill decides.

Digiboss Word Arena is a competitive mobile game that puts skill, not chance, at the centre of word play. It is being built with Flutter for iOS and Android; dictionary checks, scoring and match state are computed on the server.

No web version is planned; the product is mobile-first.

The store listing has not been created yet; there is no public release.

What it does.

Word Arena treats two-player word matches with the discipline of chess. The goal is a contest that uses the board, the tiles and turn order, and rests on reading and planning rather than luck.

The client only submits a move; dictionary checks, scoring and match state are computed on the server. That narrows the room for client-side cheating from the start.

Architecture and design decisions.

Decisions taken in Phase 0. Because the product is in development, these items do not describe a playable build today.

Server authority

The client does not know the game rules; every move is validated and scored on the server. That is the foundation of anti-cheat.

Language-agnostic engine

The engine runs on language packs, not language-specific code; adding a language means loading a new pack.

Fair-play principle

No points, tiles or ranking advantages are sold. Revenue is planned around ads, an ad-free purchase and cosmetics.

Premium competitive design

A dark-leaning, typography-driven interface with glassmorphism details. A calm sense of competition instead of casino aesthetics.

DAWG-based bot engine

The bot engine is designed to run on a deterministic DAWG dictionary graph rather than a large language model, targeting speed and repeatability in real-time matches.

One codebase, two platforms

Flutter targets iOS and Android; a web version is not planned.

Fair-play commitment.

The line between money and skill. These are design principles, not features of a playable build today.

No points or advantage for sale

Points, extra tiles, seeing an opponent’s tile or ranking advantages cannot be bought.

No purchases beyond cosmetics

Planned purchases are limited to cosmetics and “remove ads”; they do not change game balance.

The server validates every move

Dictionary checks and scoring live on the server; the client is not trusted.

No chance mechanics

Loot boxes, spin wheels or random reward mechanics are not planned.

Ads do not interrupt matches

Interstitial ads are planned only in the free version and between matches.

Frequently asked questions.

There is no settled date. Phase 0 is complete and MVP development is under way; the date will be announced as development progresses.

No. The product is in development; there is no public build or store listing.

The targets are iOS and Android. A web version is not planned.

Pricing has not been announced. The planned revenue model is optional ads, a “remove ads” purchase and cosmetics; no points or gameplay advantage will be sold.

With server authority: the client does not know the game rules, and each move is validated and scored on the server.

The engine is language-agnostic; a new language needs a language pack, not code. Turkish and English are targeted for the MVP. Licensing for the Turkish dictionary source is not final yet.
